This is a coaching experience with a small group of peers.  Create your own cohort or join one that we curate.  In this supportive and inspirational environment, you can sharpen practical leadership skills (feedback, delegation, influence) with peer learning so you can practice new behaviors immediately.  We will create group goals that focus the learning to the cohort’s needs.  Special guest experts will join two of our sessions to provide insights and practical tips.
