Barbara Falvey has 34 years in Human Resources, most of which was spent in executive level roles. Among her various positions in HR, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Organization Development & Training for Caesars World and Ameristar casinos and as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Hawaiian Airlines. During her tenure with these companies she oversaw a broad range of HR initiatives. She has a track record for developing creative solutions for tough HR problems and for helping teams manage through times of great change. She holds a BA in English from the University of California, Los Angeles and a MSc. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
With over 30 years of experience in human resources leadership, Lia Bosch has established herself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to organizations seeking transformative change. As former Vice President of HR for Canadian Hunter Exploration Inc., she developed a reputation for creating impactful HR initiatives that directly enhance business performance.
For more than a decade, Lia's independent consulting practice helped clients excel in creating workplaces that align people and performance. As an entrepreneur, she successfully balances growing her hospitality business while coaching executives to elevate their leadership capabilities and business acumen. As an accredited ICF coach, she brings professional certification and business experience to her coaching relationships.
Lia holds an MSc in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, complemented by undergraduate studies in HR Management at the University of Toronto. Her thought leadership extends to published works on leadership, compensation, employee management, teamwork, fitness, and nutrition.
Sherry Roen is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years’ experience, specializing in HR systems, compensation, benefits, and payroll. Her industry experience ranges from energy to manufacturing and professional services. Her attention to detail, deep technical experience and ability to win over people make her a triple threat in the HR game. Among her many credentials, Sherry holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta as well as professional designations in Human Resources Management in the U.S. and Canada. She is also a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional.
